Plan ahead, discover the tenants’ routines and make sure they are not home. Outwit the guards and sneak around security cameras

Install instructions
1. Download the APK
2. Download the obb
3. Install the APK (Make sure it is fully installed on Sidequest)
4. Go to SDCard > Android > Obb on Sidequest
5. Drag the obb folder in the location mentioned in the last step
6. Wait for the obb to upload FULLY
7. Enjoy obb link

it says this game was downloaded from an unknwon source so i dont know if you can get around that
You didn't officially download the game. So it will go to Unknown Sources. Don't worry, you can still run it just as good.
it opens fine from unofficial sources but the game itself tells me that

when i download the obb i get a folder with multible files not one obb file
Some files like Beatsaber don't make it just one obb file, they make it tons of files into a obb folder, the same thing goes with this game, just keep it in your folder and put it in your quest folder that holds the obbs

did you fully install the apk first, then install the obb correctly
For review of the steps you've done, match what you did with this tutorial to make sure you did everything correct, if you do something wrong, it could stop the game from launching.
